DriveX Auto Parts reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility to Use Our Website & Services
By using our website or purchasing from DriveX Auto Parts, you represent that:
- you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
- the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete;
- you will use our website and services only for lawful purposes;
- you will not misuse, disrupt, copy, or interfere with the website, quote forms, customer communication systems, or ordering process.
Vehicle Information & Part Compatibility
DriveX Auto Parts relies on the vehicle information you provide to help identify compatible parts. To ensure the correct part is supplied, you must provide accurate and complete vehicle details, including where applicable:
- vehicle year,
- make,
- model,
- VIN (Vehicle Identification Number),
- engine or transmission specifications,
- and any other requested compatibility details.
Important Compatibility Notice
DriveX Auto Parts uses the information you provide to help match a part to your vehicle. However, final compatibility depends on the accuracy of the information submitted by the customer and, where applicable, professional verification before installation.
If incorrect, incomplete, or misleading vehicle details are provided by the customer, DriveX Auto Parts shall not be responsible for fitment issues, installation issues, labor costs, delays, or warranty denial resulting from those errors.
Quotes, Orders & Order Approval
All quotes provided by DriveX Auto Parts are subject to part availability, vehicle information verification, and final confirmation by our team.
Submitting a quote request does not guarantee inventory availability, pricing, or order acceptance. An order is not considered final until it has been reviewed and accepted by DriveX Auto Parts and payment arrangements have been confirmed.
DriveX Auto Parts reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any quote or order for reasons including but not limited to:
- inventory unavailability,
- pricing errors,
- incomplete or suspicious order information,
- suspected fraud,
- shipping limitations,
- or inability to verify compatibility or payment details.
Pricing & Payments
All prices listed, quoted, or communicated by DriveX Auto Parts are subject to change without notice until an order has been confirmed.
Payment may be required in full or in part before processing, packaging, or shipping an order, depending on the product, order type, or payment arrangement. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
DriveX Auto Parts reserves the right to:
- verify payment information before processing an order,
- place orders on hold for payment review,
- cancel transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity,
- and request additional verification when necessary.
Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, surcharges, or related costs may be added to the total order amount where applicable.
Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. Cancellation eligibility depends on the stage of processing and whether the item has already been prepared, packed, dispatched, or shipped.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If an order is canceled before shipment and before final processing has been completed, DriveX Auto Parts may approve a partial refund subject to a 30% restocking / processing fee, meaning the customer may receive a 70% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation After Processing or Shipment
Once an order has been processed, prepared for dispatch, shipped, or otherwise committed for fulfillment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, no cancellation or refund may be available unless otherwise approved in writing by DriveX Auto Parts.
DriveX Auto Parts reserves the right to determine whether an order has entered a non-cancellable processing stage.
Shipping & Delivery
DriveX Auto Parts ships used auto parts, engines, transmissions, and related products to customers in eligible service areas. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Typical processing and dispatch timelines may vary depending on:
- part availability,
- warehouse location,
- packaging requirements,
- freight scheduling,
- customer verification,
- and destination.
Estimated Delivery Timing
Most orders are generally processed and shipped within a reasonable business timeframe, but actual delivery times may vary by location, carrier, freight availability, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Risk of Loss & Inspection on Delivery
Responsibility for the shipment transfers upon delivery to the customer or the customer’s designated delivery location, subject to applicable law. Customers should inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery and report visible damage, shortages, or delivery issues as soon as possible.
If the packaging or product appears damaged at the time of delivery, the customer should:
- note the issue with the carrier where possible,
- take photos of the packaging and part,
- and notify DriveX Auto Parts promptly.
Shipping Delays
DriveX Auto Parts is not liable for delays caused by:
- freight carriers,
- weather conditions,
- warehouse backlogs,
- customs or transportation interruptions,
- labor disruptions,
- force majeure events,
- or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Product Condition & Used Parts Notice
DriveX Auto Parts specializes in used auto parts and related components. Unless expressly stated otherwise, parts sold may be used, recycled, remanufactured, or sourced from donor vehicles.
Customers understand and agree that:
- cosmetic wear may be present on used parts,
- parts may contain normal signs of prior use consistent with their age and category,
- and appearance may differ from stock photos, representative images, or general product illustrations.
DriveX Auto Parts does not guarantee that used parts will be cosmetically identical to new parts, but we aim to provide parts that meet the applicable description and intended function subject to the limitations of used inventory.
Warranty Coverage
DriveX Auto Parts may offer limited warranty coverage on certain eligible parts, subject to the specific product type, order details, and the conditions set out below. Warranty coverage, if provided, begins from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.
Engine & Transmission Warranty
Eligible engines and transmissions may include a limited warranty period of 3 to 6 months from the delivery date, depending on the product and the warranty offered at the time of sale.
Other Part Warranty
Eligible non-engine and non-transmission parts may include a limited warranty period of up to 3 months from the delivery date, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
What the Warranty Covers
Any applicable warranty generally covers only defects in the supplied part itself, limited to covered failures in materials or workmanship under normal intended use, subject to these Terms.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Unless expressly stated in writing, the warranty does not cover:
- labor charges,
- installation costs,
- removal or reinstallation costs,
- towing,
- rental vehicle expenses,
- downtime,
- loss of income,
- diagnostic charges,
- incidental or indirect damages,
- or damage caused by unrelated vehicle issues.
Warranty coverage is limited strictly to the supplied part and only to the extent expressly approved by DriveX Auto Parts.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must contact DriveX Auto Parts within the applicable warranty period and provide all requested claim information.
This may include:
- order number or proof of purchase,
- customer contact details,
- vehicle details,
- description of the issue,
- photos and/or videos of the alleged defect,
- installation details,
- mechanic or workshop documentation if requested,
- and any additional information reasonably required for inspection or claim review.
DriveX Auto Parts reserves the right to inspect, test, verify, or request return of the part before approving any warranty remedy.
Failure to provide requested claim information, cooperate with inspection, or follow warranty claim instructions may result in denial of the claim.
Core Returns for Engine / Transmission Warranty Claims
Where required by DriveX Auto Parts, a warranty claim involving an engine or transmission may require return of the original / defective core or part for inspection before a replacement is approved.
If a required core return is not completed, or if the returned component is incomplete, tampered with, heavily damaged by misuse, or otherwise unsuitable for inspection, DriveX Auto Parts may deny the warranty claim or charge additional fees where permitted.
Warranty Exclusions
Any warranty offered by DriveX Auto Parts shall be void or inapplicable if the part has been damaged, altered, misused, improperly installed, improperly maintained, or used in a manner inconsistent with the part’s intended purpose.
Warranty coverage does not apply to issues caused by, related to, or resulting from:
- improper installation or removal,
- failure to follow manufacturer or installer guidelines,
- misuse, abuse, neglect, overheating, racing, or off-road use unless expressly approved,
- use of incompatible fluids, components, or tuning modifications,
- electrical issues, wiring faults, ECU problems, or unrelated vehicle system failures,
- lack of maintenance or failure to perform recommended preparation before installation,
- use of the part in a vehicle other than the one identified for compatibility,
- unauthorized repairs, modifications, disassembly, or tampering,
- accidents, collisions, fire, flood, theft, vandalism, or external damage,
- normal wear and tear,
- or any issue caused by the customer’s inaccurate vehicle information.
Remedy Under Warranty
If DriveX Auto Parts determines that a valid warranty claim exists, the remedy will generally be limited to one of the following, at our sole discretion:
- replacement of the defective part with the same or a comparable part, if available;
- store credit or alternate resolution where a direct replacement is not reasonably available;
- or another limited remedy expressly approved by DriveX Auto Parts.
No Automatic Cash Refund
Unless required by law or expressly approved by DriveX Auto Parts in writing, warranty claims do not automatically entitle the customer to a cash refund. Warranty remedies are generally limited to replacement, substitute part, store credit, or another approved remedy.
Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of used auto parts, specialty sourcing, freight handling, compatibility-based ordering, and processing costs, all sales are generally considered final once the order has been delivered, except where a valid warranty remedy or a separately approved written exception applies.
DriveX Auto Parts does not accept returns or issue refunds simply because:
- the customer changes their mind,
- the customer no longer needs the part,
- a mechanic changes the repair plan,
- the customer ordered incorrectly after providing incorrect information,
- or the customer attempts to return a delivered part without an approved warranty or return authorization.
Any exception to this policy must be expressly approved by DriveX Auto Parts.
Installation Responsibility
DriveX Auto Parts strongly recommends that all parts be inspected and installed by a qualified automotive professional.
The customer is solely responsible for:
- confirming compatibility before installation,
- ensuring proper installation procedures are followed,
- replacing required seals, gaskets, fluids, filters, sensors, and supporting components where appropriate,
- and verifying that the receiving vehicle is in suitable mechanical condition to accept the part.
DriveX Auto Parts is not responsible for installation errors, diagnostic mistakes, labor charges, improper preparation, or damage caused during or after installation by the customer, mechanic, or installer.

You should replace this section with the governing state and dispute method you want to use for your business, especially if you want a specific state law or arbitration clause.

DriveX Auto Parts shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or interruption in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters,
